Server shows indirect access on Android App and GUI shows disconnected.

Version 1.8.4.4249
LAN IP 10.10.10.33
uPnP configured
ACL allow 1024-65535 10.10.10.33/32 1024-65535
CentOS 7 15.03

When clicking Enable remote access, the server connects to Plex and becomes available for couple seconds, changing status to:_ Not available outside your network. Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network._

Same issues I was having only forwarding those ports manually: 32400, 1900, 3005, 5353, 8324, 32410:32414, 32469

Videos are accessible via phone, even with indirect access.

Any ideas appreciated.

You only need to forward 1 port 32400.
make sure that’s setup and verify with “Success” on canyouseeme.org

@nokdim

Disabled uPnP and NAT 32400 to PMS LAN IP
Port is open on CentOS as below:

Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:32400 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 3551/Plex Media Ser

Port scan -> Port 32400 Timed-Out

Either ISP or router. Going that route. Will open a new thread in case I can get to the port and PMS still failing.

Thanks!

For future reference:

u-verse gateway 5268AC has a firewall at device IP level. Although all ports were open on the ISP side as I run multiple Public IPs at home, their router was blocking. All pfSense configurations were correct.
