Hi there. Brand new to Plex and deeply appreciate the help! Logs are attached.
I have set up port forwarding to 32400, turned on uPnP, reserved my IP address, and have followed the instructions. My connection is a direct ethernet cord from my modem to the PC, so there are no WiFi issues at play.
When I launch the Plex Server, Remote Access will be turned on, with the green checkmark, but within seconds will turn off and turn red, with the message " Not available outside your network. Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network." I have browsed through the Plex boards and troubleshooting sections, and I’m not having any luck! What can I do to make sure that I can watch my videos remotely?
The logs show that the connectivity tests from the Plex back end servers hosted on Amazon cloud in Ireland are not reaching your server
Could you share screenshot of your Port Forward setup page in the router
I expect to see
TCP WAN port 32400 forwarded to 32400 on 192.168.0.14
Do you have any Geographic IP blocking ?
In network settings on windows, does the network interface appear as “Private Network” ? Sometimes after windows updates it flips to Unknown Network or Public Network
