Server unavailable after changing ip of host machine

Hi. I have installed a plex server on an ubuntu vm on proxmox.
Today I have changed the ip of the ubuntu vm and from then on my Plex server is unavailable.
What do I have to do to restore the availability of the server?

if you changed the IP IN the VM – AND – restarted the VM and Plex,

When PMS reaches out to Plex.tv - those addresses will propagate up.

If you have firewall rules, you should review them.

Looking at your Plex.tv account, I see:

  1. A server was removed (about 5 hours ago since it was last seen)
  2. A new server was created (same name) with a different LAN IP.

This makes one also ask, does the server need reclaiming ?
