"logDebug"=dword:00000001
"LogVerbose"=dword:00000000
"secureConnections"=dword:00000001
If your machine has a VPN on it, disable it.
If your machine has more than one network connection, disable all but one.
(Preferably keep a wired connection)
Inspect the network connections in Windows.
The currently active connection should be of the type “private”, not “public”.
Now start Plex server again.
Open your web browser (regular one, without any browser add-ins) and point it to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
Your logs show that your server has gotten a new identitity yesterday.
What happened? Did you reste your password, or did you delete some servers from https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms ?
Anyway, since your server has a new identity, all the libraries which have been pinned to the left side bar in all your Plex clients are now pointing to the old server.
If you switch the left side bar into the MORE… mode, do you see the new server and its libraries? If you do, can you click on them and see the content?
i did not reset my password. i didnt delete anything. literally the only change i made was i put a bunch of my tv shows in a new folder and made a file path for it on plex. it was working fine tuesday night. wednesday morning i get this problem.
yes going into more all the libraries are there and i can access them. yes i can click on them and see content.
what exactly would be the fix for this? should i delete them all and remake them?
