Hi,
I’m having problems with accessing my PMS.
This started after updating to the latest version of DSM on my DS415+
Every time i try to access the server, i get the “server unavailable” message.
Local and remotely, both show the same problem.
After reinstalling PMS and deleting the Plex folder, the server comes online for a short period of time, after that it becomes unavailable again.
I’ve tried a bunch of solutions, like deleting the preferences.xml and plexmediaserver.pid files, but no luck.
I’ve attached the logs.
Please let me know if there’s anymore information necessary.
Rebooting my router helped, but within 10 minutes, it’s again not reachable .
I was able to add one library and after that the connection is gone.
I’m not sure it’s a connection issue, because the server isn’t available on my local network as well and all other applications work without a hitch.
I’ve added the latest logs.

I’ve followed Q4.
I disabled my firewall.
The MTU size wasen’t configured, but was auto-detected to 1500. I manually configured it to 1500.
Plex came up and it stayed up
After half an hour, i enabled the firewall and after that the MTU size switched back to not configured.
It’s been running smoothly for the last5 hours.
I’ll keep an eye out, but i think the issue’s fixed.
