hello. anyone have any ideas how to make my server show up? it just stopped showing up one day.

Have you tried rebooting the server?
Are you experiencing this on your local network or on a remote connection?
If you happen to have reset your account password and opted to sign-out all devices, this will include the server – in which case you need to reclaim it (=connect through the server’s local IP from within the same network → Settings > [Server Name] > General → Sign In)
I’m having the same issue. I found that if I go to my computer, sign into and then out of my account, then it works again on my Roku. But the second I stop watching something, and shut the app on my Roku, it’ll say unavailable again when I try to watch something again. And then I have to sign and out on my computer to get it to work again. I’m currently looking for a new media server, as this is just not worth all the trouble.
its happening to me too on windows 10. i have tried re-claiming the server but it keeps happening. i think it started when i tried to create a new server on ubuntu and i selected to clear the server. so i re-clamed and renamed the server on ubuntu but i no longer want to use ubuntu. i want to use my server on windows now but it has this issue.
i figured out th eproblem. i had secure connections disabled. i enabled it and boom its working
