Server unavailable Version 1.14.1.5488

Can anyone help? I updated my server to version 1.14.1.5488 and for some reason I am unable to access play media on pretty much all of my devices. What I mean is I can login to my account on a computer and watch my movies, I am also able to watch movies off my i-Phone. However, when I try to use my Samsung tv I get a message saying the server is unavailable and doesn’t display any media files, just my account photo. When I check the status it says that my server is offline or unavailable. On my Vizio tv it just displays the Plex symbol/logo and doesn’t even display my account. I have tried deleting the apps and reinstalling them, but doesn’t work.

just had this problem, I tried to uninstall the client updates (you can’t uninstall completely)

rebooted no difference

I then uninstalled the Plex server (updates) rebooted & it came back up. I then updated the server & it started working.

Tried that… still doesn’t work. Now my phone says it’s offline as well. It’s like it doesn’t work if I use an app, I can only access my account if I login online.

I’ve been having problems since the update. I had this exact issue but it was because no clients could establish a secure connection.

Also the LAN playback was capped at 3mbps for some reason. Weird stuff going on. I haven’t been able to dig into it more.

Ya still having this issue were I can only access my media online off a computer… not threw an app on any of my other devices. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue?
