Server Unavailable

Can someone tell me why I am not authorized or don’t have access to my own server? I installed the PLEX media server and when launching the app It loads a page that says download the PLEX media server… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

All “How to” instructions I’ve found suggest going to Settings:Server:Networs but My PLEX UI doesn’t have any of those tabs along the top like the ones shown in the pictures?
The following “troubleshooting” instructions do not work for me as neither site can be reached. My browser fails to load the page

  1. Load the “bundled version of Plex Web App” on your Server computer using http://localhost:32400/web or http://127.0.0.1:32400/web, for instance

I am unable to locate/navigate to any settings page that allows me to make any adjustments to my connections. Many instructions say make sure the server and the PLEX app are on the same network… I’m not using an app. I have the media server installed on my laptop and access PLEX through Chrome browser using that same connection/laptop so I don’t know why I wouldn’t have access when the request is being made from the same laptop/connection running the PLEX media server?

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.

You’ve disabled me in your preferences. You need to allow new user onboarding tips to interact with me.

How did I do that and how do I enable you?
