Here is another try to get help:
After an update, I lost access to the media server. I deleted all Plex files from my Macbook with OSHigh SIerra as is described in https://support.plex.tv/articles/201941078-uninstall-plex-media-server/, including login info, and the authorized devices in my plex account.
I redownloaded the Media server, dated October 31 2022. Starting up the installation process leads to a screen that says server settings unavailable. In a log I can detect that some sort of user token was not found, and that the installation process will shut down. Opening up plex in a browser leads to the server set up page, but clicking on the next button leads to a crash.
Why is there no user token found, and how can I circumvent this?
