Plex media server currently unavailable

Hellow Everyone, could someone help me, I don´t know what happend, my plex media server was running perfectly, I was able to see my files on the apple tv app, windows, etc… but I connect my raspberry pi to the VPN, then I finished to used the VPN, and the server on any device except for the raspberry that is conected to my HDD says cyrrently unavailable, I don´t know what happen.

in cases like this, one of two things often happen.

  1. VPN has disrupted the connection to Plex.tv (DNS failure)
  2. For random reasons, the Preferences.xml file got damaged
    – (abrupt power off / shutdown before PMS could exit gracefully is the most common)

Can you make a tar.gz of the Logs directory under Plex Media Server and attach it here ?
