Server unreachable from local network

Hello,

Yesterday my PS4 lost connection to the Plex Server when I returned from a short break. I thought nothing of it and went to bed because it was late anyway. Unfortunately I was unable to reestablish a connection ever since.
I have the Plex Media Server running on my QNAP TS653-A und usually stream to my PS4 and occasionally to my Phone or PC. When I try to connect to the Server it says “The server “nargothrond” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.”

The NAS is reachable over the network without problems. I can stop and start the Plex Media Server without an error message.
I have updated both the Plex Media Server to 1.24.4 and the QNAP to 5.0.0.1828.
I have tried multipled restarts of all devices (NAS, Router, PC and PS4) in hope to somehow reset the network.
I have removed the Server from my Plex Devices list and added it again.

I don’ really know how to proceed from here.

I was able to simply create a new “Server” with Librarys, essentially identical to the old one.
The only downside was, that the Watched/Unwatched Metadata was lost. I’m going to look into backing this information up regularly.
