No connection to Server after latest 2 updates

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5246-cb2507e4d
Player Version#: Multiple (all latest versions but running on IOS, Fire TV, OSX, Windows 10)

Is anyone else having issues with server connections at the moment? I run PMS on a QNAP drive and since the last 2 updates have completely lost any connection. I tried installing on my Mac as a temp measure and it say problem with core component of PMS.

Thanks

This is vague.

Is the server running?

Can you download the logs and attach them by using the PlexData shared folder ?

Yes the Server is running!

Unfortunately as i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling PMS from the NAS there are currently no logs to attach.

It may be easier to look at it from the aspect of being a fresh install where Plex can’t connect to the QNAP. There are no set up issues though as PMS has been running fine on here for the last 5 years or so at least.

If you’re doing this from scratch, don’t forget to go to https://app.plex.tv → Settings → Authorized Devices → Server (dropdown)

REMOVE the old server instance.

Plex.tv still sees:

LAST SEEN 2 DAYS AGO
PUBLISHED YES (--redacted--)
LOCAL ADDRESSES 192.168.1.140, 253.253.253.253

You also might want to address that 253 local address on the adapter.

so i removed servers from the authorised devices but it does not seem to have helped with the main issue. So just to clarify if i click open on PMS from the QNAP this is where the issue is, i get a webpage open with about:blank (as i am using Mac) and then eventually i get a message saying could not be reached IP address took to long to respond, this is on a fresh install of 1.23.4 the current version available directly through the QNAP, however i had the same issues with later versions that i manually installed. The new install does not currently show up on the account as of course i have not been able to sign in!

Open an incognito window and open it via the http://ip.addr.of.qnap:32400/web method.

Same issue
