…but I must be going crazy because I can no longer see the problem (i.e. the “Recently Added” hub in each library is now unique to that library).
…I did write my previous reply before my first cup of coffee…
I made up a tree diagram of how I have my library setup
the other libraries I have such as 4K, Disney live-action, Disney animated, Dreamworks is irrelevant because those are not in separate folders so I have to handpick them out of the folders individually. So they are still within its own titled library and the normal Movies Library.
I don’t see any issues with how you have set up your libraries.
Which makes this issue a real head scratcher.
Have you ever checked your Plex database for damage?
yes and i see nothing wrong on my end either,
I honestly think during patch update somebody has an error in the code somewhere, because as I stated before this wasn’t an issue until the update.

OK Soi I think I am partially right about a developer messing with the codes for the updates, and think they meant it more so as a feature now…
This is why; I just recently updated both of the libraries with new episodes and a new series into one of them.
Now here is the weird part, within Recently Added TV in Home you would expect to see a mix of shows that were just recently added ok, NOW for the brainfart! You go to said Library i.e. Anime TV I just added new eps of Boruto ok I see them up in the front of the line of the Recently Added TV I go to the TV Shows Library Boruto isn’t there however the new eps of Raised by Wolves is in front in that category as is the new series I’ve added “Car 54, Where are you?” those are in front of the line in the Recently Added TV and instead Boruto is all the way at the end of this category, same for the other Library only the standard TV Shows are at the end of the list in the category.
I’ll provide a few screenshots in case you do not understand.

Screenshots 1, 2, and 4 are apparently correct.
So what changed inbetween shots 2 and 3?
i just sifted through on the arrows on them just show that the other shows are there…
SO it’s pretty much set up now to grab the list of Recently Added TV from the Home library screen now instead of being it;s own individual set category.
But grab whats been recently added from that said library and put it first in line for it.
Ohhh I am so happy that Plex fixed this now! Good job! The fix was now instead of it saying "Recently Added TV SHhows it now says “Recently Added Said TV shows Library” with the shows recently added into that library instead of mixing them up now the recently added are now set to that specific library. Thank you! Good job on the update Plex devs!
