For a handful of channels, Plex is incorrectly listing them as HD, when they definitely are not (the content is all SD). Is there any way to manually fix this, such that Plex considers them as SD?
Plex generally uses the guide data when you are selecting the HD Channels Only option from the guide. Can you verify that the show that is displaying does not have HD listed as the resolution if you click on the show/episode information from the guide.
Looking at the currently playing shows in the guide, Plex guide data says SD. And I can visually confirm that all the channels in question are playing content in SD all the time. So why is Plex listing these channels as HD? It’s kind of frustrating having no way to manually fix this.
