Setting corruption, HD Homerun disappeared, can't re-add

Tuner Make/Model: HDHR5-2US, version 20221205

I haven’t noticed when, but some time ago, my HD Homerun tuner disappeared from Plex. If I try to re-add it in the settings, it dosn’t do anything. While trying to re-add, in the logs, I see the following:

It appears as if there are leftover settings that prevents me from re-adding it. Any way to clean the DVR settings and start anew? Best regards,

I also see these logs in the background, showing it keeps updating its channel list:

DVR:Device: Device device://tv.plex.grabbers.hdhomerun/1064612F was already known, refreshing database info

Yet, there’s no DVR in Live TV and the settings menu has the “configure new tuner” prompt.

You can try this. stop the server from running then in Appdata\local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases and then delete three files that start with tv.plex.providers.epg...
