[SOLVED] Disregard. Found the small arrow in the bottom left-hand corner that gets me into the settings menu. Must of had my boys eyes on!
Am I missing something, but I can't see where to set the time zone?
Using a Synology NAS with PLEX server version 0.9.9.10 and Rasplex 0.5.1 and for the life of me, I can't see a clock/time zone setting anywhere, server or player. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be appreciated.
I am having the same problem. My player has been in service for months, and I have never determined how to set the time or timezone. The usual Linux commands require 'sudo' and that, apparently, has been disabled in Plex. I just installed version 0.5.0, hoping that the time setting problem had been addressed, but no joy.
Can someone please let me know how to set the timezone?
Here is the 'date' display from the Rasplex box:
"Tue Mar 10 02:12:34 UTC 2015"
while my clock shows 7:12:34 pm PST.
So the time is correct, but the timezone is UTC (GMT), and 9 hours off.
Update on the above issue: You can set the timezone from the RasPlex GUI. I must have missed that.
