I was wondering if there was a way to just set up a weekly recording that starts at a specific time, i.e. 7pm - 9pm. There are different movies that show at this time every Saturday and the Guide will only show the name of the movie at that time. Therefore, I can’t see a way to record that time slot every week b/c the name changes every week. No consistency.
Any ideas? TIA.

I’m interested in this capability too. No matter the recording options set to keeping original/repeat and keeping up to 3 shows, my 9:00 and 10:00 news record the tape delay version that occur at 1:00am and 2:00am. This does nothing for me when I’m trying to watch news commercial free at 1030 at night. I’m only seeing the prior day’s versions taped (from the earl AM).
This set time slot would fix any glitch on recording that gets messed up because of repeat airings like I’m experiencing.
I’m also interested, I would like to record Sky News every Sat & Sun between 6:30am & 7:00am, I’m having to use my old Humax Freeview Play box.

I want this feature also to be able to specify which of a taped delay of the same episode will be recorded. This allows simpler specificity in the guide display and can be used to keep a recording away from other multi-channel time slots.
