Setting Up Plex Media Server For First Time - Flickering

First time Plex user here. As the title says, I can’t setup Plex as it flickers and doesn’t move forward with setup. It’s running on NVIDIA Shield Pro. All apps are working just fine except for Plex. I’m able to play .mkv files with other video players. I already have a Plex free account but just cannot set it up on my NVIDIA. I guess if all else fail, I can uninstall then reinstall. Any help in the meantime would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not the Plex Media Server version. It looks like a Plex Android TV client version from 2019.

Make sure the Shield has the latest updates from Nvidia.

Update Plex client and server to the current versions using the Google Play Store app.

Restart the Shield.

Shield has the latest update. I uninstalled Plex then reinstalled and that fixed it. Thanks.
