Sever is unreachable but running on DS918+

I’ve been running my server from the DS918+ for a few months now with no issues.
2 days ago i woke up and it couldn’t connect. I updated the software manually and it reconnected.
Woke up this morning and it can’t connect and i can’t fix it.
I’m still relatively new so please be stupid clear in any suggestions you have.
Trying to access locally from plex.tv client. Says it can’t connect securely then insecurely.
I can’t even see how to access logs or settings to attempt to make changes.
I tried to launch the local plex wed app but either i don’t know the plex ip address in the NAS or it’s not running either.
Help please!

When i open file station and open plex i do not have a folder labeled library, its just a list of all my media folders (movies, tv shows, music, etc). How do i find the logs?

Plex is running in the package center.

is the plex ip address the exact same as the Synology DSM address? When i use that it takes me to a search page from my isp, however if i take the http:// off then i get
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

I did not install Plex using Docker. Docker I added later to run Tautulli, which is still running oddly.

I restarted modem but no change in Plex access

I’m sorry, can be more specific?
I’ve tried accessing plex in chrome and explorer and get exactly the same results.
I went into the router settings and manually entered port forwarding and restarted and still nothing different.
What are my next steps? I’ve had almost no problems since setup and am really stumped here how it’s working but nothing can seem to communicate and access Plex.

Thank you for all your help. I’m still not sure what caused all this but i did get it working again.
I uninstalled Plex from Synology ( i was running the most current beta, 1.15.5.994-4610c6e8d), then i restarted the Synology and installed the most current public (1.15.4.994-107756f7e) and it connected with no issues.
