Have followed instructions here: The Plex Dance ™ to try to get Plex to recognise the season, but no dice.
Files are named and sorted properly, and every other season is showing up just fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
Can you provide a screenshot of these files in the finder app?
Far out I just realised I was writing S03S01 instead of S03E01 
I figured it was something like that, I hate to say it but whenever someone says:
Files are named and sorted properly
99% of the time it is a naming issue.
