Shared Users Can't Download

I share my library with a few users. I (owner of the server) have a lifetime Plex Pass, and have had it since September 2021. All users have the ability to download, and I double checked that they all have Download enabled on my end.

There are specifically two users who no longer have the Download button/option on their iPad. I have asked them to double check that their apps are updated, they are. Still nothing.

I assumed I would be grandfathered in, since my Plex Pass was purchased prior to 2022.

The new apps no longer respect the grandfathering in.
If the user is a member of your Plex Home (only one of your users is) they can use Downloads.
All other users would need a Plex Pass of their own in order to use downloads.
