I’m running plex and want to share a few videos with my sister. We got plex installed and she set up an account through it. I entered her screen name on my “manage library access,” and sent her the link. Once she logs in from there will she be added to my plex or is there more.
Othe people I share with I just added their screen name and they appeared. They didn’t have to go to a web page like she is. TIA
There are a couple place to accept access to a server. The web app, the mobile apps I can’t say what your friends did but they had to accept somewhere at some point.

Ok, her screen name just went to the excepted area. When she loads plex on her tv, what does she need to do to see my videos. They’re in the movies area and she has access to it on my end. Will they show under her movies tab? or does she need to do something special?
If she accepted and everything went as intended she has to look in the left sidebar down at the bottom

I don’t know what client she’s on but tell her she has to pin those libraries and they’ll be visible for her from now on without doing this
