Hey all. I had plex working great on my shield but recently got the prompt to upgrade my libraries. Upon doing that, only the Movies library upgraded (which made everything go missing…) and TV Shows errored. To solve this issue I tried completely clearing data on the shield for both the plex player app as well as the system plex server app and starting fresh. I connect to a local SMB NAS for my media and it plays via VLC on the same shield without issue so I know the volume is readable. But after creating a brand new library, the TV shows still prompts to “upgrade” the library (WHY didn’t it just make it in the new format/scanner??) and it continually fails. Any ideas? Thanks!
Under Settings in “Agents” section I see under Movies there is a “Plex Movie” agent that appears to be the new one? Under shows though I only see “Personal Media Shows” and “Local Media Assets (TV)”. Nothing mentioning “Plex TV Series”. I also see this error in logs:
