Hi,
I’ve been struggling with this issue for months now.
The transcoder fails after ~10-15 minutes of playback. The playback will stop, and the loading circle will appear indefinitely, playback never picks up. I have to close the player and resume the playback manually. Disabling hardware transcoding doesn’t fix the issue.
Media is located on a Synology NAS.
Plex is not usable.
Playback stopped today May 19, 2019 10:18:40. I’ve noticed errors in the log file (Plex Media Server.log) at 10:18:20.897, the transcoder crashes.
Any insight ?
