Shield TV 2019 : no automatic rate switching for DV content (wont switch and wont play)

Just installed today plex server on a windows 10 (used as server). And the player on nvidia shield TV 2019 (pro). I have a bunch of bugs, this report is only about 1 of them.

No transcoding, hdmi passthrough.
Auto switching to match framerate is ON.

I tried DV content at 24p and 23,976p.
If my shield TV is at 23,976p, then the corresponding DV content is played. Any DV content at 24p : it seems autoswitching tries to go to 24Hz but ultimlately fail to play the file and comes back to the plex UI.
If my shield is at 24p, then the 24p content is played perfectly (so the files are not the problem), and ofc, the plex player fails to play the 23.976p DV content
While at 24p, i tried to play some SDR and HDR (not DV) that was at 23.976 and those files played fine (the framerate changed to 23.976 and the file was played).

So for the files i tested, it seems that only DV content cant be played with autoswitching to adjust framerate on, if the DV file was requiring to change framerate.

Is it a known bug ?

(for info, emby using also exoplayer : no problem with emby to play the same files on the shield TV 2019 and swicth the framerate at the same time)

I seem to have a similar problem and have opened a ticket regarding MPEG-1/2 480 films not playing. ( Using Nvidia Shield Android Plex Player 8.27.1.29871 and Synology Plex Server 1.25.1.5286-7000). In my case these films cause the player to either go back to the UI or causes the player to restart completely. The issue with MPEG-1/2 video does not happen with MPEG-1/2 TV shows, 720, 1080 and 4K video. It does seem to be more prevalent with 480 progressive scan films. I have not checked the frame rate of the 480 video.

Have conformed the same problem exists with the Android player on Amazon Firestick and Samsung phones.
