Shield tv pms unavailable, again

The other day Plex Media server broke on my shield again. Not sure if this is happening to other people due to an app update or just me. I’ve had this happen in the past and completely had to reinstall Plex but that’s a pain so I’m hoping I don’t have to do that again.

Plex Media server shows that it’s running in the menu but every client, including the shield itself, says Plex Media server is unavailable. I’ve tried toggling the media server on and off. I’ve tried rebooting the shield about 10 different times. I wiped the cash for both Plex and Plex Media server on the Android TV. None of that worked. I don’t really want to wipe all of the app data and start over but it’s seeming like I might end up there.

Anybody have any other suggestions for me? I know people who use Plex Media server on a PC and never have any problems but on my shield TV I have always had all sorts of problems with this thing.
