Plex server on shield broke, please help

I had a Plex media server setup for a long time and no issues. Then today I tried to switch from a 2tb external drive to a 4tb plugged into the shield. Well that completely broke it and my media server wouldn’t connect so I delete the Plex app and reinstalled and tried to setup media server again and the setup failed. So then I tried to factory reset the shield and it failed again. I even reset the shield and made a brand new Plex account and the Plex media server setup on shield failed yet again. No matter what I try I cannot get the media server setup to work on the shield. I swear i think if I went and bought a new shield it still wouldn’t work now it’s like I’m cursed. What on earth could it be. ? Thanks for the help

It seems like this is a problem on their end. I doubt you doing anything can fix it. zbest we can do now is wait for them to fix it in the next update.
