Shield will playback ASS subs when set to image based only but won’t playback PGS….Vice versa when set to image based only

<If providing seSo if you set the Shield Plex app to automatic subtitles, it will playback PGS and SRT, but not ASS. If I set it to image based only, it will playback ASS and SRT but not PGS. Is there a way to get all three working?

No, there isn’t a fix. That setting was made before the app supported direct play of subtitles and hasn’t been changed. I have a request to update this logic but I have no update to share.
