Hello. What I propose is a troubleshoot option for media within Plex. I believe this information can be used by all, the novice and the advanced user. I think adding another option such as troubleshoot or even change Get Info to something like Get Info/Troubleshoot would be helpful. And within the troubleshoot section it displays all relevant information that led up to the matching/not matching of media including the download of posters, artwork, synopsis, etc… An example of this could inclu…
