I would like to see this information as well.

This would be a nice feature.
Yes and no. You can grab the IP and then try to map the IP back to the user via geo-location (only works for static ip's). Also there seems to be a way to determine what IP is viewing which movie by using a the token session. I tried for weeks to get an script going that would dissect the log info and provide me useful information. The script is called Plex Reporter and was made by DodgyGeeza if you want to give it a try. There is the added complication that as updates to PMS arrive the script breaks and I am not sure if it has been updated. DodgyGeeza was very helpful in troubleshooting.

Another big +1 as this would fill in part of the gap of not having parental controls. Whilst it won’t stop kids playing any media, you can check afterwards and (if needed) take appropriate action.

And maybe being able to charge people for viewing my content…lol.

Would love this.
+1, this would be a tremendously useful functionality.
Keep up the great work!
EDIT: I realized I’m not supposed to be posting +1’s. Sorry everyone, no more of these from me…
I would love this feature as well.

I’m already thinking of so many great features that could come on top of this, but one step at a time. Even just the basics of seeing who and when would be huge.
Also, the notification idea would be great (ideally native OS notifications, but not necessarily). Just something simple like "[friend] just started watching [movie]. In the future, being able to take action on those notifications would be cool, like say temporarily blocking them with a note “not right now, using my connection for work” or what have you.
I would love to have this features!
