Shows will not delete (red trashcan)

Hello,

I followed the usual process of deleting items from my server, but the files now will not update/go away. This started with the latest update to Plex Server Windows.

Process Followed:

  1. Deleted folders/items from Library
  2. Ran scan update
  3. Went to Settings → Libraries → TV Shows → Delete trash

Can yall see if I am missing anything?

Try using the following.

More / Your server, Click on hidden Vertical Ellipsis ⋮, Empty Trash

Have you tried logout and back in

Argh! i rebooted the server instance twice and restarted the machine.

But forgot that simple step… Thank you!
