Are your TV’s online? Do you have DNS rebinding enabled on your router? I would also try using Google DNS rather than whatever your ISP defaults to.
And adding to @BigWheel here
What TV model and client?
Dont know the answer to these questions. but i can that my own tv (lg using xplay) doesnt ask for me to visit that link, unless the other tv is signing in. almost like there can only be one on at a time?
1st tv is on my servers LAN & internet.
2nd tv is only on the internet, somewhere else
both are LG oled55b7v
Using xplay app (client?).
You client is not an official Plex Client, and seems like it’s also abandoned by it’s developer
Its not. The problem is that most of the ppl dont want to read my explanation of the problems. And they think that if i return v1 it will help to deal with the problems. But it will not as v1 and v2 in background are using the same system (html) video playback. I just tired to respond to the same things …
PS
And past few month I had a kind of black line in my life. Problems … problems and again problems. Sometimes even two problems at the same day … I’m a bit exhausted for the moment. Ive started full code rewriting in Dec but since the middle of Dec put me down and I only since this week can finnaly find free time to continue doing code rewiriting
Yes they made Xplay for the tv, since plex for this tv is bad.
Is it xplay that is causing this issue?
Thanks for the great work on the client. Do you know if the problem is because of xplay? have you seen this issue before?
Ups, and sorry, and was based on XPlay (WebOS) - #4617 by Fiverocker
But glad to hear it’s still alive and kicking
Either that, or you TV, since it has to keep it’s identity somewhere, but suggest you post in the release thread for your client, since that’s where people using it, as well as @bublikoff hangs out, and they are all more qualified to answer.
