Silent Crashing

Good afternoon, I recently had to rebuild my Plex media server and after installing plex again I see it crashing during maintenance. A quick look at the logs shows the grace note issue from a few months back, I’m no expert though. I’ve attached the logs if anyone can help me out. Appreciate it.

crash logs/dumps are needed to diagnose
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201455336

Unfortunately there were no files in any of the suggested directory’s.

crash dumps are erased as soon as you restart PMS.
So before doing that go and grab them while they’re hot.

Gotcha, thanks. Will report back soon.

Boom, got it.

The specialist for crash dump analysis, @sa2000 took a look at this and deduced that it is one of your music files.
If you activate ‘verbose’ logging, we would be able to determine which file it is.
But in general, it is a music file which has an invalid ‘disk number’ tag. It contains not just a numerical value (as it should) but a whole URL tracks[203].parentIndex=www.orkut.com.br/Main#Community.aspx?cmm=17474838

Apparently, this is causing the crash.
This has been reported already to the developers which will fix it in one of the next server releases. In the meantime all you can do is sanitizing your files’ metatags.

Thanks for your help. With verbose logging I was able to find the file. Just deleted it. I’ll report back if I find the issue persisting.
