Simple question. Completely remove a library from the new Roku experience

I logged into Plex on my living room Roku after being away for a few days. Imagine my surprise when the new experience put my porn collection front and center. Thankfully it wasn’t one of my children that found this. Before the new experience I had specifically excluded this library from this device. Now the best I can do is not heart it which is clearly insufficient.

How do I completely remove this library from this device the way it was before this new ■■■■■■ experience?

If it’s not possible then I guess its finally time to dump plex for one of your competitors.

Is the library still listed at the top, with the rest of your libraries?

Try restarting the Plex app and/or Roku device.

How did you hide it previously? That’s not a feature. All libraries will still show up under the more menu.

When I logged in before I could pick the libraries I wanted to see. After that I would never see that one again.

When I heart the rest it isn’t listed but if I go to the place where I can heart/unhearr libraries it is still listed.

How is that different from the old app?

If you selected “More” it would show all libraries.

Correct what @FordGuy61 said. Can’t completely exclude a library you have access to from an app. I has to be somewhere else you cannot get to library. The More Libraries is the basically the same as “More” in old UI (same as in web app) there is just different “nomenclature” from “pinned” to “favorites”

You can edit the library in web app and under advanced for Visibility setting choose “Exclude from Home Screen” so even if it is pinned/favorited content from that library will not contribute to continue watching or other home screen rows.

The intended way to hide libraries is to create a separate managed user for clients to which minors have access. https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/features/plex-home/
You then set a 4-digit PIN on your own user to insert a stop gap for the kids to switch back to your level of access.

You can define which libraries a user can see at all,
as well as restrict the items which are available in visible libraries, by age rating and/or “sharing flags”.
