Since switching from PMP to Plex for Windows - logs fill up with ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=windows, platformVersion=10.0.19041, device=, model=standalone

Server Version#:1.19.4.2865
Player Version#:1.11.0.1215-1d8c460c

Since switching from PMP 4.56 to Plex for Windows - the PMS log is filling up with an error every 10 seconds:
ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=windows, platformVersion=10.0.19041, device=, model=standalone

It causing the log files to become huge and it appears that it may be related to the stuttering during playback (which wasn’t occurring on PMP)
Has anyone else come across this issue with Plex for Windows app?

Seeing same behavior. My guess is that it started happening when you updated to Windows 10 May 2020 Update, a.k.a version 2004, build 19041.

I was seeing this issue with Windows10 1909 also

I have had a reply from @deactivated on github for the issue i raised back in Jan - https://github.com/plexinc/plex-media-player/issues/937

This looks to have been fixed in the future release 1.13 of Plex for Windows.
Look forward to testing the new version when its released, as there are a few features in the Windows 10 player that are not available on the PMP,

I’m getting the error message in my server logs as well. I’m curious, are you still able to play a hardware transcoded stream on your Windows client? Whenever I try to play a hardware transcoded stream, it immediately crashes.
