I’ve got this really weird problem with just a single movie. When anyone tries to watch remote, it will not play, but locally its just fine. Its HP Half Blood Prince, all of my HP movies are from the same set, same everything but this is the only one in the collection having issues. Server is more than powerful enough for transcoding (32 cores) and have never had an issue before. Also no issues with upload bandwidth. Its a Windows Server 2016 Datacenter VM
Over a month ago this was first brought to my attention but since it worked locally I thought it was just the person trying to play the movie. The error they were getting on their PlayStation 4 was Error code: -2140536828 (disaster)
Another person has now tried to play the same movie on a Roku and when loading they said it shows 13%, then 33% loading then says retry. On the server side all I could see was it was buffering and no error code from their Roku. They are not having this issue with any other movie also.
I have tried on my android phone with LTE and could not play the movie, but once I turn on WiFi and play the movie it works.
I have also tried removing the movie and then re-adding it with no luck. Any ideas?
