I purchased Plex Premium for the Skip Intro function. But after several reboots the option is still not available.
I went to settings -> libraries, and there is no option for skipping intro’s. Also not in the player, which is the newest version.
I am running Plex Media Server on Nvidia Shield, version 1.19.1.2630
Plex Player version 8.4.
You have to enable it in Manage Library>Edit…>Advanced and there is a button Enable intro detection

There is no button to enable intro detection in the advanced section, this is a copy-paste :
