Running latest plex server version on a high end, multicore Win 11 PC. accessing movie files (mp3, mkv etc) stored on that pc for viewing through Sony blu ray via DLNA on same local area network. When I choose a movie file to play (any) it takes upwards of 2 minutes before the movie actually starts. When I use Serviio instead of plex, those movies start in 1 or 2 seconds. I believe I have every plex option turned off that could obviously interfere with the playing start speed. What could it be cause this long movie start?
