I am seeing names that look like a torrent file nameSmallville.S07E01.Bizarro.1080p.BluRay.x264.DD5.1-FGT in season 6 and up I am trying to find a way to get them to just show the episode names like the first 5 seasons.

Your server version will not match your player version so you might want to double check that… what are you using for a server?
If it’s showing a name that looks like a file name for the episode title it might not be picking up the content correctly for matching. How do you have Smallville organized on the server? Is it similar to ..\TVShows\Smallville\Season 07\Smallville.s07E01.Bizarro.mkv or something else?
Typically if naming isn’t picking up for shows it’s from it not being able to match to sources and sometimes uploading the logs can help. Reporting issues with Plex Media Server | Plex Support

You likely have a setting enabled that is using local embedded data instead of the sourced data. It is reading that info from the embedded MP4 info instead of showing you the data from the online sources. Make sure this setting is unchecked on your TV Library to NOT do that:
Try taking the year out of that folder listing and refresh\rescan maybe. That can throw matching off sometimes.
For the year, you’ll want to either avoid it entirely or just put the year on the show folder only. So for Smallville I recommend: ..\TV\Smallville (2001)\Season 07\Smallville - S07E01 - Bizarro (720p - BluRay).mp4 and see if that helps. Plex is pretty good at figuring things out but the closer to the expected format makes matches more likely to be successful. There are a number of titles that have “Smallville” in them so including (2001) on the Show folder could help with matching.
Some folks really like using an app called FileBot to help with automatically renaming files for good matching. It’s pretty cheap with good features and makes this type of task easier - https://www.filebot.net
I got guidance from reddit.
Make sure you don’t have local metadata enabled. If using the new Plex TV Series scanner, uncheck Manage Library > Edit… Advanced > Prefer local metadata. If using a legacy agent, make sure ‘Local Media Assets’ isn’t at the top of the list in Settings > Agents > Shows > [Agent].
