Smart Collections sort order not passing to added users

I have created smart collections to replace the “Recently added” sections on my Home page so that when something is watched it drops off the list. (using the unplayed filter). This works great with movies, but TV Shows I have found a problem. I use the sort “By Last Episode Date Added” on my Admin account this works perfect, shows load and then show up in the list, but on any added accounts for family and friends these shows get pushed down in the list. I actually can’t figure out what sort order these accounts are using. I have tried just a regular collection and smart collections, but both list orders are the same for any added users. Any idea how to get this fixed? Is it an issue with the software?? I keep telling family and friends, Oh as soon as a show adds it shows up on your home page, but that is not the case! The same show has been showing at the front of the list for the last 3 days, making it look like nothing has added to server. But like I said on my Admin account they are showing up.
I use a linux UnRaid server with PMS in docker, but i even built a quick PMS server on a Mac box to test and had the same issue.
Thank you for your time

See if changing this selector can make a difference:

Thank you, but have tried that and order is still not the same. If that is set to admin it leaves the played episode on added users list there, or if admin account watches and episode it deletes episode on added users account. switching to individual users, stops that, but the listing is still not sorting correctly on either setting.

Long standing bug.

Now, just looked, if I add the original “Recently added” list provided by the software, it lists the shows correctly. But this way, won’t remove the watched episodes from the list.

Thank you SwiftPanda16, for some reason I knew this was going to be a long standing bug. I used a different software that had this feature on its home page automatically and loved it!! I switched back to plex because of all the added features they have come up with, but added features without fixing bugs of the past! And I would figure that since the last post about this was over a year ago, there is no fix in sight for this.
Thank you again for your information.

Kind of found a work around, under the Advanced filters, use episodes and not TV shows, then sort by date added. Not the optimal way to do it, but it seems to work.
