Please be more verbose. What doesn’t work? Where? Under which circumstances?
Sorry if I go to a Smart Playlist (Created from Filters) or a Music Library with filters applied… Then hit the shuffle button. I get the error above…

All clients throw an error when the Smart Playlist or a Library with filters on has higher then 1000 tracks (I think this is the cutoff)
I just shuffled a smart playlist with over 37.000 tracks. So that’s not a general bug.
What platform does your server run on?
How much RAM does it have?

The smaller lists work (no errors and Play) but I assume the larger playlists I created I assume have the problem track/tracks?
That’s a good working theory. I’d lookout for files and folders with special characters in them, like é à â etc.
Are the media files stored directly in the server machine or are they mounted from network shares?
All files are mounted on SMB storage. I’m sure there are tracks with special characters (Not characters that are excluded by file/folder naming requirements)
There are sometimes codepage issues when file server and plex server are running on different OS platforms. But these kinds occured recently only from Linux (e.g. a NAS device) to Mac…
Plex Server and Storage Server are both Windows Server 2019.
Say, did you move the Plex data folder to the network share as well?
No Plex data folder is local to Plex Server (in APPDATA).
