So everytime I refresh Meta Data my Sort Titles get overwritten?
Can you verify the sort title of an item is not only changed but actually locked before refreshing the item’s metadata?
In Plex Web this should show an orange lock next to the field. In my experience Plex won’t overwrite information if the field is locked… however I’ve seen users who copy & pasted text into fields which might not trigger the lock in certain browsers
