[SOLVED] - DVR/EPG is not giving files correct filenames

I have noticed that two times in the past week, a recorded show has been given the wrong file name, which is causing problems with the metadata scrapers.

The two files in question are:
/storage/dvr/The Simpsons (1989)/Season 31/The Simpsons (1989) - S31E10 - Gorillas on the Mast.ts (Added 11/3)
Should have been named:
The Simpsons (1989) - S31E05 - Gorillas on the Mast.ts

/storage/dvr/Modern Family (2009)/Season 11/Modern Family (2009) - S11E10 - A Game of Chicken.ts (Added 11/6)
Should have been named:
Modern Family (2009) - S11E06 - A Game of Chicken.ts

I reported the Simpsons one earlier this week.

Looks like they may have fixed that one cause this coming Sundays episode was also wrong but shows proper now as S31E06

You can check and see if the Modern Family one has been reported and submit a request to look into that one.

Thanks for the guidance. It looks like the next episode of Modern Family is marked correctly. It is not on this week, so I had to wait for the EPG to be updated for next week before I could confirm.

This is the first time I have encountered an issue like this with the EPG. Previously, the guide would be completely broken, and not just messed up for a show or two.
