I was trying to watch a few movies via the PS4 app, and some of them just doesn’t start at all. I tried playing them directly on the server via Plex but it’s the exact same problem there.
From what I can see, the only difference between those that play and those that don’t is that the ones that don’t play have a H.264 5.1 profile. There’s nothing wrong with the files as such and they play fine in any other player.
So…what do I do now? Or who do I shin kick? 
Plex Server: 0.9.16.6-1993-5089475
Server OS: Windows 10 64.
Note: I just recently watched one of these movies using the IOS Plex app, and it worked flawlessly then (using original as quality). I just tried it again and it doesn’t anymore, no matter if I choose original or transcoding to a lower bitrate.
Restarting Plex did not help, but restarting the entire server somehow solved this.
