I’m trying to sort my Dexter’s Laboratory episodes on Plex using the “Joined” episode ordering from TVDB.
The problem is this category was incomplete for quite some time (only 1 season was sorted properly), but has been recently fixed (Dexter's Laboratory - TheTVDB.com)
Now I’m trying to have that change reflected in Plex but it’s not working. Only the first season get’s sorted properly.
Does anyone knows when or how this could be properly updated?
Usually within 3 days.
The update was made on Nov 22 I think.
Can it be trigged manually somewhere then?
Have you refreshed at the show level recently?
Yes, I also tried un-match and fix match but the issue remains.
Just for giggles, can you do the Plex Dance with these and make sure you pick the correct sort order again?
Even after a Plex Dance, it still won’t update and match what’s on TVDB.
@OttoKerner @ChuckPa Can someone triple check this and get a ticket filed? I am seeing the same issue.
