(Solved) My LG TV app doesn't find my PC media server

Check in Windows that the Ethernet interface is set to Private, not Public.

Not sure how to do that in Win 11. In Windows 10 it is Settings → Network & Internet → Properties.

Regarding the LG, see the announcement below. You need to check and possibly modify settings for secure communications for both the Plex TV app and the Plex server.

Important information about Plex for smart TVs after September 30, 2021

UPDATE: It appears that all Tizen-based Samsung sets are likely affected by the cert change and will thus need the app and server configured to allow insecure connections. On September 30, 2021, some older smart TVs (some Samsung, LG, Vizio, Hisense, and other unsupported TV platforms) will no longer be able to use secure connections to communicate with Plex Media Servers.
