Make sure you follow Plex naming requirements for TV shows. Plex is very picky with TV shows.

See below post for info on Magnum. TV shows with reboots, multiple versions, etc. can be tricky for Plex to match, even when you follow the requirements.

Problem with Magnum P.I. 1980 and 2019

I recommend moving both out completely, scanning files, empty trash, and clean bundles. As the next step, if MP4 files, verify there is no embedded metadata which is ambiguous.
