[Solved] Windows 10 feature update (1803), MFPlat.dll error

When PMS starts after Windows 10 updated to version 1803 (Feature Update), an error message box pops up.

I’ve clean installed PMS but was not lucky.
Anyone has a suggestion?

Thanks for the link, I had this problem when I originally installed Windows 10 N version. Then after this update issue again. I was trying to save on bloat and didn’t realise it was required for Plex. Is there a way of upgrading from Windows 10 Pro N to full version Windows Pro 10 without losing installed software and setup? This Feature pack add features back and allow Plex to work but it seems it will continue to be a problem in future updates as windows still thinks its Windows 10 N.
