I have changed my main Plex client from a Roku to Plex for Android on a Sony KD-55XD7005. Most files play without any problems, but some play without audio for a couple of seconds then freeze. The same files play fine on all my other Plex clients. Metadata from one mkv file that won’t play:
Video:
1920 x 1080
Data rate: 11167kbps
Total bitrate: 12677kbps
Frame rate: 23 frames/second
Audio:
Bit rate: 1509knps
Channels: 6
Audio sample rate: 48kHz
Settings are default on the Plex client.

Suggest you provide some diagnostics so it can be looked into
Server and app logs please plus media information and a sample
