I have 2 drives attached to my Plex server and they have been attached for years. Some folders on each of the two drives get an error message on Plex saying :We’re having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted", which is not true. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting one of the folders on Plex. I can see Plex updating the content on the folders by clicking activity, but the folder won’t display. This is not a file name issue, this is the server not finding the folder despite being able to select the specific file folder on Plex when I add a folder.
So, on the same two drives (H and I), some folders are said not to exist and others on the same drives work fine. I can access everything via windows explorer, so I know there is nothing wrong with accessing the drives and folders that way, just through the Plex server.
